When you can enroll in Florida
Florida uses HealthCare.gov for Marketplace plans.
- Open Enrollment for 2027 plans: November 1, 2026 to January 15, 2027.
- Sign up by December 15, 2026 for coverage that starts January 1.
- Sign up December 16, 2026 to January 15, 2027 for coverage that starts February 1.
- After a life event, like losing coverage, marriage, a baby or a move, you can usually enroll within 60 days (Special Enrollment Period).
